Mr. Simon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with an emphasis Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Mr. Simon’s passion for real estate and vast knowledge of the national, NNN market, makes him uniquely versed in NNN properties from dollar stores, fast food restaurants, auto parts stores, and drug stores, to big box retail buildings. He has earned the respect and trust of his clients with a reputation of being a prompt responder who shows all aspects of a property, both positive and negative. For acquisitions, his is no pressure approach helps to ensure his clients are purchasing a quality property they will be happy with. For dispositions, Mr. Simon analyzes market trends and previous sales to derive a market appropriate price, and through his vast connections to buyers obtains aggressive sale prices for sellers. Mr. Simon helps clients understand the national, NNN market, and develop a strategy that works best for their particular needs. His patience with, and explanations to clients new to the market, as well as his in depth, sharing of knowledge with experienced clients and 1031 buyers, make it clear that he is a versatile “full service” broker.
Born in St. Louis in 1958, Vince attended St. Louis University for both undergraduate and law school. After practicing law for approximately 8 years, Vince shifted his focus completely to commercial real estate. In a career of 23 + years in this industry Vince has represented large corporate clients such as Smurfit Stone Container, Eathgrains, AT&T, and Vatterott College, and developed experience in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including the financing and purchasing of net leased investments( retail, industrial and office). Having joined Westwood Net Lease Advisors as a Vice President in early 2013, Vince’s legal background and wealth of commercial real estate experience is available to all Westwood clients, whether buying, selling or trading in a 1031 transaction .
Jeff Altvater has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1998. Prior to becoming a Commercial/Industrial realtor, Mr. Altvater operated a manufacturing business in the City of St. Louis.
Mr. Altvater has also been active in the ownership / management of industrial and multi-family properties for many years. This experience has given Mr. Altvater a unique prospective which his clients have found to be invaluable in achieving their goals.
