Jason graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking with an emphasis Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. With over ten years of experience focusing on triple net assets Jason’s passion for real estate and vast knowledge of the national triple net market makes him an expert on all triple net properties ranging from dollar stores, quick service restaurants, auto parts stores, and drug stores, to big box retail buildings. His primary focus is on retail, office, and industrial net leased properties. Having worked on hundreds of transactions Jason is able to analyze market trends and sales comps to derive aggressive market pricing in representing sellers in the disposition of their assets. On the acquisition side Jason has helped many clients complete 1031 exchanges from start to finish. He walks them through understanding the national, triple net market and develops a strategy with the client that works best for their needs. His patience and explanations to clients new to the market, as well as his in-depth knowledge and analysis with experienced clients and 1031 buyers, make it clear that he is a versatile “full service” broker.

Outside of the office, Jason can be found walking his boxer, Brutus, not to mention traveling domestically and abroad to Hong Kong, Dubai, London, Krakow, Rome, Paris, Mexico, Aruba and more. He enjoys athletics, whether weightlifting or participating in competitive wiffleball and broomball leagues.
