The buyer, a past private client of Westwood, came to Mr Schellin looking to replace $700,000 in a 1031 exchange. The buyer was looking for a fast food property leased on a long term basis within 200 miles of Columbus OH. After researching 100’s of properties Westwood was able to locate a rare corporate guaranteed Fazoli’s on a new 15 year NNN lease.
